Aleksandr Lukashenko expresses condolences to people of Japan

    Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has expressed condolences to the people of Japan over a massive loss of life as a result of an earthquake.

    “It is with deep sorrow and pain that the Republic of Belarus has learned the news about a strong earthquake in Ishikawa Prefecture which resulted in a massive loss of life and destruction in many regions of Japan,” the message of condolences reads.

    On behalf of the Belarusian people and himself the Belarusian head of state expressed condolences to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.
