Belarus President makes new appointments

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko made new appointments on 18 June.

The head of state appointed:

Dmitry Koltsov Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Islamic Republic of Iran;

Dmitry Gorelik Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Mongolia;

Valery Baranovsky Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Cuba;

Dmitry Basko first deputy chairman of the State Control Committee;

Andrei Lobovich deputy chairman of the State Control Committee;

Andrei Kovalchuk deputy chairman of the State Customs Committee.

The President also approved the appointment of:

Valery Rebkovets as chairman of the Pinsk Town Hall;

Valentin Zaichuk as first deputy chairman of the Brest Oblast Executive Committee;

Sergei Karpenko as chairman of the Baranovichi District Executive Committee;

Nikolai Orlov as chairman of the Vitebsk City Hall;

Andrei Sanko as chairman of the Mosty District Executive Committee;

Mikhail Guly as chairman of the Gorki District Executive Committee;

Galina Slabodnikova as chairwoman of the Kirovsk District Executive Committee;

Roman Melnik as head of the Leninsky District Administration of Minsk;

Sergei Litosh as director general of the trade and manufacturing enterprise Belpharmatsiya;

Dmitry Yemelyanov as Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in Chongqing (the People’s Republic of China);

Tatyana Shedko as head of the Secretariat of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly;

Sergei Novodvorsky as chief engineer of Belarusian Railways;

Oleg Shulyakovsky as a member of the Brest Oblast Executive Committee;

Aleksandr Astreiko as a member of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee;

Tatyana Astreiko as a member of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee;

Roman Bondaruk as a member of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee.
