Greetings to Paraguay’s President-elect Santiago Pena

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulated Santiago Pena on his election as President of the Republic of Paraguay.

"I am convinced that under your leadership, the country will strengthen its international authority and achieve significant results in defending national interests, ensuring the well-being and prosperity of the Paraguayan people," the message reads. “You can count on Belarus as a reliable and responsible partner interested in developing relations with Paraguay on the basis of mutual respect and understanding in order to protect the independence of our states and support a just world order.”

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Santiago Pena excellent health, inexhaustible energy and implementation of all plans.
