Greetings to Botswana President Duma Boko

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko, on behalf of the Belarusian people and himself personally, has congratulated Botswana President Duma Boko on the national holiday – Independence Day.

“The Republic of Botswana is an example of highly effective state governance and sustainable institutional development on the African continent. Economic diversification, a pragmatic course of social and economic development, and commitment to democratic principles have rightfully secured your country’s status as one of the most respected countries in the region,” the message of congratulations reads.

The head of state reaffirmed Minsk’s unwavering readiness to expand a full-fledged dialogue with Gaborone. “I am convinced that joint projects in industry, agriculture, and education will lay a solid foundation for long-term and mutually beneficial partnership for the benefit of both peoples,” he stressed.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Duma Boko excellent health and happiness and the people of Botswana peace and prosperity.
