Belarus and Ukraine are developing strategic partnership. The two countries have settled all topical issues in bilateral relations and completed the formation of the legal framework which includes 70 agreements on interaction at all levels. The topics were discussed during the talks of Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko and Ukraine President Viktor Yushchenko in Kiev on 6 November.
