Aleksandr Lukashenko approves draft Belarus–Dominican Republic agreement on mutual visa waiver

On 2 November Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 394 approving a draft intergovernmental agreement between Belarus and the Dominican Republic on the mutual abolition of visas as a basis for further negotiations.

The international treaty establishes the possibility for citizens of the two countries to enter, exit and transit through the territories of the states party to the agreement without visas, provided that the duration of their stay does not exceed 30 days from the date of entry (up to 90 days within a calendar year).

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall conduct negotiations on the draft agreement and sign it.
