Heraldic symbols of special operations forces instituted in Belarus

With a view to cherishing historical and military traditions of the special operations forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, President Aleksandr Lukashenko has instituted the heraldic emblem and flag of the special operations forces of the Armed Forces of Belarus. The relevant decree was signed on 1 March.
