Report of Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin

    On 13 August, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko received a closed-door briefing from Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin.

    The briefing addressed the following issues: preparations for the forthcoming Belarus-Russia joint strategic military exercise Zapad 2025, the current operational situation along Belarus’ border, and the nation’s preparedness to address security threats.
