Belarus president awards general’s shoulder boards
A number of Belarusian
defense and law enforcement officers have been awarded general’s shoulder
boards. President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed relevant executive orders on 28
June.
In particular, major general’s shoulder boards have been presented to Andrei Burdyko, Andrei Zhuk, Gennady Kozlovsky and Igor Korol.
Sergei Doroshko and Vladimir Zakharchuk have been promoted to the rank of major general of the police.
Dmitry Konoplyanik has been appointed to the rank of major general of justice.
First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee Vladimir Orlovsky has been promoted to the rank of customs service state counselor third class.
