Andrei Dapkiunas relieved of ambassadorial posts due to retirement

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 338 on 28 September, relieving Andrei Dapkiunas of the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Austria with concurrent accreditation to Slovenia, and Permanent Representative of Belarus to the International Organizations in Vienna and concurrently to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), in connection with his retirement.
