Aleksandr Lukashenko sends condolences over demise of composer Oskar Feltsman

President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent condolences to the relatives and friends of the People’s Artist of the RSFSR, Oskar Feltsman.

“I extend my deepest condolences over the demise of great composer Oskar Feltsman. People in Belarus appreciated Oskar Borisovich [Feltsman] as a famous figure of music art who made a big contribution to the development of cultural ties between the two countries,” the head of state noted.
