Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent a letter of birthday greetings to People’s Artist of the RSFSR Vladimir Shainsky.
“You have many fans. Many generations of people grew up listening to your songs because they instill the best qualities in a person, teach to love life and value the most precious things in the world,” the felicitation message reads.
