Aleksandr Lukashenko sends birthday greetings to Valentina Matviyenko

President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent a letter of birthday greetings to Chairperson of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia Valentina Matviyenko.

“People in the Republic of Belarus appreciate your efforts to promote the development of the UnionState,” the felicitation message reads.
