Dear young men and women,

Every new young generation makes a contribution to the development of the state. The modern world is special because technologies and communications are vigorously developing, global changes take place in the economy, education, social structure. And the young people should take an active part in the realization of innovative ideas multiplying all positive achievements of previous generations.

Today Belarus has created conditions to have a decent life, to love, to bring up children, to work hard for the benefit of the native country. May luck, belief in your own strengths and eagerness to fulfill the most cherished dreams accompany you in your lives.
