Aleksandr Lukashenko extends condolences over death of Alexander Rutskoy
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has extended condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Alexander Rutskoy over the passing of this outstanding scientist.
“Alexander Vladimirovich [Rutskoy] dedicated his life to scientific research and medical practice. He made a big contribution to the development of the Belarusian school of traumatology and orthopedics, shared his experience with students, including more than 20 doctors and candidates of medical sciences,” the message of condolences reads.
“Alexander Vladimirovich [Rutskoy] was respected as a scientist and an excellent specialist. His demise is a great loss for the Belarusian science,” the head of state noted.
