Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulates Queen Elizabeth II, royal couple on new arrival

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko, on behalf of the Belarusian people and himself, congratulated Queen Elizabeth II, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on the birth of the Crown Prince.
