Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulates Philippines on Independence Day

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated President of the Philippines Benigno Aquino III and his people on Independence Day.

"I hope for further enhancement and strengthening of constructive all-round cooperation between Belarus and the Philippines for the benefit of the two nations," the message of congratulations reads.
