Nikolai Burlyaev awarded Medal of Francysk Skaryna

Chairman of the Commission on Culture of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union State of Belarus and Russia Nikolai Burlyaev has been awarded the Medal of Francysk Skaryna. Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed the corresponding Decree No. 353 on 7 October.

Nikolai Burlyaev has been honored with the award for his creative, public and state activities, as well as his significant personal contribution to the development of Belarusian-Russian cultural ties.
