On establishing official heraldic symbols of the Ministry of Housing and Utilities
Decree No. 292 of 25 August 2026
Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 292 “On establishing official heraldic symbols of the Ministry of Housing and Utilities” on 25 August.
The document establishes an emblem and flag of the Ministry of Housing and Utilities and approves the regulations governing these heraldic symbols and their descriptions and images.
The emblem is a white circle framed by a bronze border. The upper part features the national emblem and Belarusian ornament. The center features the logo of the Ministry of Housing and Utilities, the lower part depicts urban infrastructure facilities.
The flag bears the image of the emblem.
The official heraldic symbols are intended to help preserve and develop the traditions of the ministry.
