On the draft international agreement

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed decree No.138 on 5 April to approve a draft Belarus-Venezuela intergovernmental agreement on air transportation as the basis for negotiations.

The Transport and Communications Ministry has been authorized to conduct negotiations on the draft agreement and sign it.
