Vladimir Safonov appointed Chief of Staff – First Deputy Commander of Special Operations Forces

    Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 39 on 5 February to appoint Colonel Vladimir Safonov Chief of Staff and First Deputy Commander of the Special Operations Forces of Belarus’ Armed Forces.
