Vladimir Golubev appointed Deputy Commander of Interior Troops of Belarus’ Interior Ministry

    Colonel Vladimir Golubev has been appointed Deputy Commander of the Interior Troops of the Ministry of Interior Affairs for Logistics - Chief of Logistics. Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed a corresponding decree on 6 August.
