Belarusian President pardons 31 people convicted of crimes of extremist variety
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has decided in favor of pardoning 31 people, who have been convicted of crimes of the extremist variety.
Two women and 29 men have been pardoned. As many as 17 have chronic diseases, 3 are people with disabilities. As many as 27 convicts have kids, including 7 convicts with many kids.
The convicts have been freed from the main punishment without expunging their convictions. The Internal Affairs Ministry will have to make sure they do not break the law.
