Greetings to 558 Aircraft Repair Plant

    Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulated the management, employees, and veterans of 558 Aircraft Repair Plant on the 85th anniversary of the enterprise.

    “The enterprise, which was established in the first days of the Great Patriotic War and awarded the Order of the Red Banner, continues its glorious path, having become one of the key elements of Belarus’ defense-industrial complex,” the message of congratulations said.

    The head of state emphasized that high competencies, advanced technologies, and consistently high quality have become the plant’s hallmark. “By implementing the most complex programs to restore the combat effectiveness of aviation equipment and expanding the range of products you manufacture, you successfully compete on the international market. You keep pace with the times, and in many ways are ahead of them,” the Belarusian leader noted.

    The President thanked the plant’s staff for their conscientious work, responsibility, and pursuit of excellence. Aleksandr Lukashenko expressed special gratitude to the veterans whose hands built the plant’s reputation: “You taught the younger generation how to work, and, most importantly, how to sincerely love aviation and the country.”

    The head of state wished all employees of 558 Aircraft Repair Plant strong health, peace, kindness, well-being, and new professional achievements for the benefit of Belarus. “May every one of your projects be successful, and may there be as many reasons for pride as possible,” the President added.
