Greetings to employees and veterans of state statistics bodies

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has extended greetings to employees and veterans of the state statistics bodies on their professional holiday.

The head of state noted that for more than a hundred years, statistics workers have preserved the national foundation of this science. They are creating the country’s digital heritage, actively introducing advanced methodology and modern IT solutions.

“Today, domestic statistics have reached a fundamentally new level, taking a confident step beyond the established statistical system,” the message of greetings reads. “You have been entrusted with a crucial mission - shaping an institute of state data management. The result of this work should be a significant reduction of the burden on businesses, citizens, and the budget.”

“Behind every figure lies the painstaking work of a cohesive team of like-minded professionals, faithful to the traditions of veterans and inspiring talented, patriotic young people. Thanks to your competence and dedication, we have a reliable foundation on which state forecasts are built, well-informed management decisions are made, and an objective chronicle of the country’s development is written,” the President emphasized.

The head of state wished all statistics workers good health, wellbeing, peace, and success for the prosperity of their native Belarus.
