Greetings to President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has extended birthday greetings to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan.

“Your multifaceted and constructive work as President commands the highest respect, and Uzbekistan’s achievements in carrying out effective reforms, modernizing the economy, and enhancing its standing on the world stage are a natural result of your dedicated service to the Fatherland,” the message of greetings reads.

Aleksandr Lukashenko noted that he highly values the friendly relations he has developed with Shavkat Mirziyoyev and recalled with particular warmth the Uzbek President’s recent visit to Belarus. “The talks confirmed the mutual interest of Minsk and Tashkent in expanding strategic partnership,” he added.

“I am confident that the fundamentally new approaches to joint work we have agreed upon, along with the signed roadmap for cooperation for 2026–2030, will help achieve the main ambitious goal of raising bilateral trade to $2 billion,” the head of state emphasized.

The President of Belarus wished the President of Uzbekistan good health, inexhaustible energy, iron resolve, and new achievements in his responsible state work.
