Greetings to President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Min Aung Hlaing

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Min Aung Hlaing on his 70th birthday.

“I am confident that this jubilee is important not only for you personally and for your family, but also for the entire Myanmar people who entrusted you with the highest post of the head of state,” the congratulatory message reads.

Aleksandr Lukashenko stressed: “Our meetings convinced me of your sincere desire to develop long-term cooperation between Minsk and Naypyidaw aimed at strengthening the sovereignty and independence of both states as well as improving the well-being of citizens.”

The Belarusian leader noted that he counts on continued support from the Myanmar president in the implementation of previously reached agreements as well as in enabling conditions for new mutually beneficial economic and humanitarian projects.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished Min Aung Hlaing good health, longevity, and the successful implementation of plans and initiatives.
