Greetings to Cuban President Miguel Mario Diaz-Canel Bermudez

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated Cuban President Miguel Mario Diaz-Canel Bermudez on the National Liberation Day.

“Belarus is proud of its friendly relations with the heroic Cuban people, who have been defending their independence with dignity and upholding the principles of social equality, justice, and humanism for many years,” the congratulatory message reads.

The Belarusian leader confirmed Minsk’s commitment to further advancement of the bilateral relations with Havana in a spirit of trust and mutual understanding.

“Your official visit to the Republic of Belarus in June 2025 opened up new prospects for expanding the Belarusian-Cuban strategic partnership in the manufacturing sector, pharmaceutics, agriculture, and trade,” Aleksandr Lukashenko emphasized. “I am convinced that we will be able to implement the agreements that have been reached and achieve significant results in all areas of mutual interest for the benefit of both nations.”

The Belarus President of wished good health and success to the Cuban President and every citizen of that country.
