Greetings to President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulated President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan on the successful conduct of the first elections in the history of modern Kazakhstan to the Kurultai, the country’s unicameral representative body.

“The convincing victory of candidates from the Adilet party and the high voter turnout confirm popular support for the course you are pursuing to strengthen statehood and implement political and socio-economic reforms, and mark the beginning of a new chapter in the life of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” the message of greetings reads.

“I deeply value the trust and mutual understanding that have developed between us. I am confident that the strategic partnership between Minsk and Astana will continue to deepen for the benefit of our kin countries,” Aleksandr Lukashenko emphasized.

The President of Belarus wished the President of Kazakhstan good health and new achievements in his responsible work, and also peace, harmony, and prosperity to the people of Kazakhstan.
