Greetings to Chairman of Central Committee of Communist Party of Russia Gennady Zyuganov

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulated Gennady Zyuganov, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Russia and Head of the party’s faction in the State Duma, on his birthday.

“You have lived and worked through challenging times. You entered modern Russian history as a prominent statesman who defends common, not personal, interests. For many years you have consistently advocated for socially oriented policies, the preservation of historical memory, and the spiritual and cultural values and traditions of the people of the Russian Federation,” the message of congratulations reads.

Aleksandr Lukashenko noted that he highly values Gennady Zyuganov’s efforts aimed at supporting Belarus-Russia Union State integration and his principled stance on strengthening the fraternal ties between the peoples of the two countries.

“I am confident that your great authority, natural talent, life wisdom, and inexhaustible energy will continue to serve the noble cause of Belarus-Russia unity for a long time,” the President emphasized.

The head of state wished Gennady Zyuganov strong health, fortitude, happiness, and good luck.
