Andrei Dapkiunas appointed non-resident ambassador of Belarus to Slovakia

    Andrei Dapkiunas has been appointed non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Slovakia. Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed the corresponding decree No. 398 on 21 October.
