On Some Issues Concerning the Pledge of Property
Ordinance No 3 of 1 March 2010
The purpose of this document is to improve the property pledging procedures.
Among other things, the Ordinance permits using as collateral security (including for obtaining mortgage loans) the property that belongs to an organization on the basis of the right of operational management.
