Heads of Russian mass media honored with Belarusian state awards
On 24 September Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko
signed a decree to honor heads of Russian mass media with Belarusian state
awards for a big personal contribution to the creation of the single information
space and development of the Belarusian-Russian cooperation in
journalism.
The Order of Honor has been conferred on Director General of Russian Newspaper Pavel Negoitsa. The Order of Francysk Skaryna has been bestowed upon editor-in-chief of this newspaper Vladislav Fronin. Chief editor of the newspaper SOYUZ. Belarus-Russia Olga Gerasimenko has been honored with the Medal of Francysk Skaryna.
