Condolences to Indonesia President Joko Widodo

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has expressed condolences to Indonesia President Joko Widodo, families and friends of the victims of the Sunda Strait tsunami.

“It is with deep pain and sorrow that the Republic of Belarus has learned the news about numerous victims and a massive destruction caused by the tsunami in Banten and Lampung,” the message of condolences reads.

The Belarusian head of state wished a speedy recovery to the injured and expressed hope that the affected regions would be restored as soon as possible.
