Commentary to Decree No. 437 of 19 October 2015
On 19 October the President of the Republic of Belarus signed Decree No. 437. In line with the decree the rate of excise duties on alcohol products with the ethanol volume ratio of 7% and more will stay the way it was in Q3 2015 — Br138,300 per liter of 100% proof alcohol.
