Belarus President scholarships awarded to 95 postgraduate students
Scholarships of the President of Belarus have been awarded to 95 postgraduate students. Aleksandr Lukashenko signed the executive order on 26 January.
Among the postgraduate students are representatives of physics and mathematics, technical, chemical, biological, medical, agricultural, social and human sciences, and also Earth sciences. These are promising young postgraduate students doing thesis research in scientific and technical priority areas. Many of them have the documents confirming the application of their innovations in the manufacturing industry, clinical practice of healthcare institutions, educational process, patents for inventions and utility models or approvals for a patent.
The press service noted that the executive order is aimed at providing support to talented postgraduate students, developing the domestic science school and rejuvenating the scientific personnel pool of the country.
