Andrei Kobyakov appointed Belarus’ prime minister
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 488 regarding the
appointment of the prime minister.
In line with paragraph 6 of article 84 of the Constitution, Andrei Kobyakov has been appointed prime minister with the subsequent consent of the House of Representatives.
