President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent greetings to Emir of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah as the country celebrates National Day.
