Aleksandr Lukashenko makes new appointments

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko made new appointments on 25 October. The head of state appointed:

Andrei Grinkevich Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Romania;

Denis Sidorenko Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Germany;

Nikolai Svirid Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee;

Alexander Guchok Deputy Chairman of the Higher Attestation Commission.

The President also approved the appointment of:

Oleg Velichko as Deputy Chairman of the Brest Oblast Executive Committee;

Alexander Gritsuk as Chairman of the Ivatsevichi District Executive Committee;

Vladimir Penin as Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee;

Oleg Lyndin as Chairman of the Dubrovno District Executive Committee;

Yuri Shary as Chairman of the Zhodino Town Hall;

Piotr Shostak as Head of the Leninsky District Administration of Minsk;

Artyom Tsuran as Head of the Frunzensky District Administration of Minsk;

Yuri Kulazhenko as Rector of the Belarusian State Transport University;

Ivan Polevoda as Head of the Civil Protection University of Belarus’ Emergencies Ministry;

Igor Fomin as Deputy Trade and Antimonopoly Regulation Minister;

Sergei Zadiran as First Deputy Justice Minister;

Andrei Avdeyev as Deputy Justice Minister;

Svetlana Smirnova as Director of OAO Gronitex;

Anna Matelskaya as Chief of Administration at the Minsk City Hall;

Anna Shpak as Head of the Legal Coverage Department at the Permanent Committee of the Union State;

Lyudmila Kovaleva as First Deputy Chairperson of the Union State Television and Radio Broadcasting Organization.
