Aleksandr Lukashenko expresses condolences over passing of artist Mai Dantsig
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has expressed
condolences to the family and friends of People’s Artist of Belarus Mai
Dantsig.
“Please accept my deep condolences over the passing of a great artist, teacher, and a wonderful man. Mai Volfovich [Dantsig] lived a bright and versatile life, reached professional heights and added an unforgettable page to the history book of modern fine art,” the message of condolences reads.
The President remarked that the creative work of the artist is loved and appreciated all over Belarus. Mai Dantsig trained several generations of young artists and was an example of selfless service to his Motherland.
