Maximov, First Deputy Chairman of Russia’s Government Igor Shuvalov, and
Chairman of the Board of the Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna Umirzak
Shukeyev; the Order of Honor on Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian
Federal Assembly Sergei Naryshkin for the big personal contribution to the
preparation of the Eurasian Economic Union Treaty, development and enhancement
of integration processes, strengthening of economic cooperation between Belarus,
Russia, and Kazakhstan.
