Aleksandr Lukashenko appoints Sergei Popkov Minister of Communications and Informatization

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko appointed Sergei Popkov Minister of Communications and Informatization.

Nikolai Pantelei has been relieved of the post of the Minister of Communications and Informatization.

The head of state signed relevant decrees on 21 February.

The President also approved the appointment of Dmitry Shedko as Deputy Minister of Communications and Informatization, Inessa Kontsevaya as Deputy Minister of Communications and Informatization.

Ivan Rak has been relieved of the post of First Deputy Minister of Communications and Informatization. Nikolai Strukov has been relieved of the post of Deputy Minister of Communications and Informatization.
