Distinguished Belarusians honored with state awards
In recognition of the many-year productive work,
exemplary fulfillment of service duties, attainment of high production results
in the manufacturing sector, construction, and agriculture, a big personal
contribution to the training of highly qualified personnel, development of
science and teaching, education and healthcare, Belarusian film making, culture,
and sport state awards were conferred on 75 representatives of various
professions. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed a corresponding
decree.
The Order of Fatherland 3rd Class was bestowed upon Director General of OAO Grodnopromstroy Abdulvagab Vagabov.
First Deputy Head of the Mogilev Oblast Department of the Belarusian Emergencies Ministry Dmitry Lakiza was honored with the Order for Service to the Homeland 3rd Class.
Director General of Road Construction Trust No. 3 Grigory Timofeyev received the Order of Honor.
Chief choirmaster of the National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater of the Republic of Belarus Nina Lomanovich was honored with the Order of Francysk Skaryna.
Aleksandr Lukashenko has also signed an executive order to present letters of commendation to the workers of various industries.
