Commentary to Decree No. 286 of 15 August 2017
Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has approved a draft agreement between the government of Belarus and the government of Paraguay on visa-free trips for holders of diplomatic passports as a basis for further talks. The head of state signed corresponding Decree No. 286 on 15 August.
The Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is authorized to hold the negotiations on the draft document and sign it if an agreement on the issue is reached.
