Belarus President presents general’s shoulder boards

    President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed decrees on conferment of major general's shoulder boards.

    Major general’s shoulder boards have been presented to Alexander Terekhov, Oleg Matkin, and Gennady Lepeshko.

    Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee Alexander Bogdevich has been awarded the special rank of the state advisor of customs service 3rdclass.
