Time capsule ceremony at All Saints Memorial Church

On 14 October 1996, Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko took part in the ceremony to place a capsule with a commemorative certificate with a message for future generations in the foundation of the All Saints Memorial Church in memory of war victims and heroes who saved our Homeland. Partaking in the ceremony were also Metropolitan Filaret of Minsk and Slutsk, Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus, members of the government, senior executives of the Minsk City Hall, members of the public.
