Meeting with representatives of the Communist movement of foreign countries

On 6 October 1997 Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko met with representatives of the foreign delegations who participated in the 34^th Congress of the Communist Party of Belarus which took place in Minsk on 4-5 October. The head of state noted that he supports the efforts of this movement to protect workers’ interests. In his words, the Belarusian state policy also prioritizes people’s interests and wellbeing.
