Vladimir Bespaly appointed Belarus’ permanent representative to CSTO

Vladimir Bespaly, Senior Adviser at the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation, has been appointed Permanent and Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Belarus to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).

Under another decree, Aleksandr Grinevich has been relieved of his duties.
