Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko and President of Russia Vladimir Putin talked over the phone on 10 April upon the initiative of the Russian side.

Aleksandr Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin discussed topical aspects of bilateral cooperation as well as the agenda of the session of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council at the level of heads of state that will take place in Minsk on 29 April.
