State Secretary of Union State Grigory Rapota receives Order of Honor

State Secretary of the Union State Grigory Rapota has received the Order of Honor. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed a corresponding Decree on 16 February.

Grigory Rapota received the award in recognition of a big personal contribution to the development of integration cooperation, Union State construction, enhancement of friendly relations between the peoples of Belarus and Russia.
